Nexus 5 may release somewhere toward the end of October and would be the first device to come with ANDROID KitKat , earlier this week Google released a promotional video of Android 4.4 Kitkat which included a shot of the Nexus 5.
Now it appears that the phone has passed through the FCC process which include the following spec about the nexus 5
* Nexus 5 has a model number:D820
* Qi standard wireless charging
* 5 –inch display
* Snapdragon 800 processor
* LTE compatible
* Bluetooth 4.0 , NFC and dual band 802.11 b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi support
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the Nexus 5 will come with a 13 megapixel camera and 2 GB of Ram and 2700 mAh battery.
